We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them in a fair and timely manner. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds can be made on our platform.
- Cancellation of project: If a client cancels a project before any work has been done by the freelancer, they are entitled to a full refund.
- Unsatisfactory work: If a client is not satisfied with the work delivered by a freelancer, they may request a partial refund. The amount of the refund will be based on the extent to which the work does not meet the client’s requirements, as determined by Talentlancers.
- Failure to deliver work: If a freelancer fails to deliver work within the agreed-upon timeframe and cannot provide a reasonable explanation for the delay, the client is entitled to a full refund.
- Misrepresentation: If a freelancer has misrepresented their skills or qualifications, and the work delivered is significantly below the expected standard, the client may request a full refund.
- Payment disputes: Any payment disputes between clients and freelancers should be raised with Talentlancers as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter and determine whether a refund is appropriate.
- No refunds for completed work: Once work has been completed and accepted by the client, no refunds will be issued. This includes work that has been partially completed or delivered but not yet accepted.
- Refunds will be issued in the same currency and through the same payment method used to make the original payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
